One Camera, One Lens 2012 (New Mexico)
2012 marked the Centennial Celebration for my home state of New Mexico. During December I traveled in north-central New Mexico re-discovering some of the reasons why we call it 'The Land of Enchantment'.
When Europeans explored this area nearly 500 years ago, they discovered a culture that time had left unchanged for thousands of years. Today, time still protects the distinct blend of Native American, Hispanic and Western cultures. New Mexico is a place unlike anywhere else in the world.
These images were made 'old school' using a Leica M6 camera and the 35mm f2 APSH lens, shot on T-Max black and white film.
