One Camera, One Lens 2014 (Iceland)
Back in the day (before digital) I would carry one Nikon body, two lenses and Kodachrome. For this trip I decided to revisit that basic formula using the Nikon Df, the 24mm 2.8D, the 105 2.8D Micro and shoot color digital images.
We rented a car and drove the southern coast from Reykjavík in the west to Höfn in the east and back.
Then we spent five days in the capital city attending workshops and writing events during the day and discovering Icelandic culture in the evenings.
These images are some of my selects from our days in Iceland at the first annual Iceland Writers Retreat.
Special thanks to President Ólafur Ragnar Grímsson for his gracious hospitality, Kat Bernhardt, the workshop writers and delegates, and all the kind people I met along the way.
